Rivera Travel Agency is run by Pravesh Sharma. We are located at H.No-2/3 in Vavol, specifically the Harinagar area of Gandhinagar. It’s more of a home-based setup than a big corporate office. When you come to see us, you’re basically coming to a house. This makes things feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have those big glowing signs or fancy waiting rooms. We just have a desk, a couple of chairs, and a computer where we check the train and plane times. Ahmedabad is just a short trip away, so we get people from all over the area. We help folks plan their trips, whether it’s for a holiday or just visiting family in another state. Pravesh has been doing this for a long time, so he knows the way to go. We don't use any fancy travel software. We just look for what’s available and tell people the price. It’s honest work. Sometimes we sit on the porch and talk to clients when the weather is nice. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the tickets are booked correctly. It’s a quiet life in Gandhinagar. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India. We just want to help our neighbors get where they need to go. If you need a ticket, you just drop by the house and we see what we can find.
