So this is where we handle things for Malaysia Airlines in Ahmedabad. We are located at B-2 Dev Prasanan Appt, right near the Arogya Kendra in Memnagar. It is more of a quiet residential area than a big corporate park, which actually makes it a bit easier for us to focus. Payal Nanavati is the name you might see on some of the documents here. Our day usually starts with checking all the new reservation requests that came in overnight. It’s mostly about sitting at the desks, answering the phone, and trying to fix travel schedules when things change. The office isn't very large since it is inside an apartment building, but it fits what we need. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there are issues with flights and everyone is calling at once to see what happened. Memnagar is a decent part of the city and we have some good shops nearby for lunch. We don't really do much besides the reservation work and keeping the records straight. It can be repetitive work, clicking through screens and typing in passenger details for hours. We try to stay organized so we don't lose track of any bookings. It is just a small team of us here making sure the airline stuff gets handled for the local people. We have been here for a while and the neighbors in the building are used to us by now. It is just a normal office job for us in this part of town.
