Our office is set up in one of the bunglows at Chandramauli, right across from Sona Cross Road. It’s a bit of a different spot for a logistics company, but it works for us here in Chandkheda. We deal with moving things from one place to another. There’s always trucks to track and boxes to worry about. Most of the day is spent on the mobile or checking manifests on the computer. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of the week. We aren't some big shiny warehouse with robots; it's just us at our desks making sure stuff gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the weather or the roads, and we have to fix that. We’ve been in this part of Ahmedabad for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when the phones aren't ringing. We keep things pretty simple. If someone needs something moved, they call us, and we figure out the best way to do it. It’s honest work and it keeps the bills paid. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a few of us who know how the shipping business works in this city. We've built up some good relationships with the drivers over time. It’s about getting the job done without too much fuss. We're usually here until late making sure the last truck is on its way to where it should be.
