Reliance Communication

We run our operation out of shop number 62 in the Sabarbag Society. It’s located in the Dharmnagar part of Sabarmati, right here in Ahmedabad. This isn't one of those massive corporate offices with glass walls. It's a modest place where we deal with communication services every day. The 380005 area is quite busy, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. We’ve been at this address for a while now, helping people who walk in with their phone or connectivity issues. It can get pretty hot in Ahmedabad, so we usually have the fan going full blast. Our space is filled with cables, some old equipment, and a few desks. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the people in the Sabarbag neighborhood. Sometimes the shop gets crowded and people have to wait outside on the sidewalk. We try to get through the work as fast as we can. It’s a straightforward business. We know our customers by name since they live just around the corner in Dharmnagar. We aren't trying to be fancy.
