This place is right at Maninagar Char Rasta. If you know this area of Maninagar, you know how hectic it can be most of the time. We are Rasna Caterer. Being at the four-way crossing means there is always something going on right outside the door. Cars, people, and all that noise—it never really stops. We are just a part of that whole mess. It’s a very central spot to be in, which helps. Maninagar is always full of life and people running errands. We spend a lot of time just managing the chaos of a catering business from this location. It’s not always easy but we make it work somehow. The Char Rasta is a big landmark so nobody ever has trouble finding where we are located. We don't have a fancy storefront with big lights. It’s more about the actual work we do in the back. Some days are much longer than others. We drink a lot of chai and just keep the orders moving through. It’s a local business, through and through. Nothing polished or corporate about it. Just people working. Sometimes the traffic is so loud you can’t even hear yourself think, but that’s just life at the crossroads. We’ve been here at Maninagar Char Rasta for a while now. Rasna Caterer is just what we do to get by. We don't think about it too much beyond getting the next job done right. It's just a busy life at the junction.
