Rasila Kitchen Private Limited is based out of A3 Shivalik Business Centre. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Kensville Golf Academy on Rajpath Road. It’s a good location with a lot of movement around. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or handling the logistics of the food business. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of cleaning, prepping, and making sure everything is where it should be. We have a small group of people here who just enjoy the process of making food. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s more like a family-run feel even though we are a private limited company. The office part of it is just a small corner where we handle the paperwork. Most of the action happens where the stoves are. Rajpath Road gets busy, especially in the evenings, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We’ve been here for a bit and people in the Shivalik building know us by now. We don't have a massive marketing team or anything. We just focus on what we’re cooking today and making sure the kitchen runs smoothly. It’s a lot of long hours and standing on your feet, but that is just how the food business goes. We like being near the golf academy, it’s a nice landmark for people trying to find us. It is just regular people making food for regular folks.
