Ram Shame Caterers

We are over at 9, Karmabhoomi Rowhouse. It’s right across from Kailash Wan in the Maninagar area. Being in a rowhouse is a bit different than being in a big apartment building. It feels a bit more like a home, I guess. We are Ram Shame Caterers. Maninagar is a nice enough place to work. It has its busy moments but the rowhouse is a bit tucked away from the main noise. You can see Kailash Wan from nearby. We spend our days sorting out the catering orders and making sure all the equipment is cleaned and ready to go. It is a lot of back and forth between the kitchen and the storage. Sometimes the neighbors stop to say hello when they see us loading the cars. It's that kind of street where people notice things. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s just number 9. We have been in this spot for a bit now. Usually, it's just the sound of the vans or the metal gear being moved around. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons and things slow down for a couple of hours. But then it picks up again when the sun starts to go down. We don't try to make it sound better than it is. It's just hard work and a lot of standing on your feet. Being in Maninagar is good because everything is close by. We just stay focused on what we have to do. Ram Shame Caterers is just us at Karmabhoomi.
