Raj Purohit Caterers

Our business, Raj Purohit Caterers, is based out of B-12 in the Balkrishna Society. We are located near Jayshree Park on Odhav Road in Ahmedabad. It's a residential area mostly, so it's a bit quieter than the main markets. We've been doing catering for a long time now. It’s not a big corporate operation. We just have our kitchen and our equipment where we prepare everything. Most of our work comes from people in the 380010 area who know us. We don't have a storefront where you can walk in and eat. It’s more about taking orders for events and gatherings. We handle the cooking and the delivery ourselves. Sometimes it gets really busy during the wedding season or festivals. We just manage as best as we can. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. The society we are in is a nice community. We know our neighbors and they know what we do. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or have a shiny office. People just call us when they need food for a party or a family get-together. It's simple and it works for us. We try to be fair and do a decent job every time we get an order. That's how we’ve stayed in business all these years. It’s just us, the same family, doing what we know how to do best in our own kitchen. We take pride in just getting the job done.
