Radha Krishna Hospitality

Radha Krishna Hospitality is based over in Meghani Nagar, here in Ahmedabad. We have been working out of this area for a good bit now. Mostly, we deal with food and making sure people are fed. It is a lot of work in the kitchen and coordinating where the food needs to go. Meghani Nagar is a lively spot, and we are right in the middle of it. Our days start very early because breakfast does not wait for anyone. The office part of our business is usually tucked away behind the main action, filled with delivery schedules and grocery lists. We do not have a fancy storefront or a big sign. Most of our work is done through word of mouth and just being reliable for people who need catering. Sometimes the stoves act up or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble to make it right. It is a bit messy, and there is always a smell of spices in the air, which I guess is better than a lot of other office smells. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. We do not talk much about goals; we just talk about what is on the menu for tomorrow. It is hard work being on your feet all day, but it feels good to get things done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking and the cleaning. That is pretty much all there is to it.
