R V Caterers

We've been over here at Parasnagar Park 1 for a good while now. It’s right near the Ae Co in Naranpura. My family runs this catering thing, R V Caterers, and it keeps us pretty busy most days. We mostly handle food for local weddings and some small functions around the neighborhood. It’s not a huge fancy setup, just a bunch of us who know how to cook the stuff people around here like to eat. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure the spices are right and the vegetables are fresh. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there are three weddings on the same weekend, but we manage to get the food delivered on time. Most of the people who call us are neighbors or friends of friends. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Ahmedabad or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the plates are full and people don't go home hungry. The address is M-6/61, and you can usually find one of us there prepping something. It's a simple life, mostly involving big pots and lots of rice. If you walk past the Ae Co, you’re basically there. We don't have a big office with glass doors, just a place where the cooking happens. People know us by name around here, which is nice. It makes the long hours over the stove feel a bit more worth it when we see people enjoying the meal.
