Our base of operations is at 3 Kalyan Tower in the Vastrapur area of Ahmedabad. We are situated right near the Jay Somnath Flat, which is a familiar landmark for most people living around here. Vastrapur is a busy neighborhood with a lot of residential buildings and offices. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. Purohit Caterers isn't a retail shop where people come to sit and eat, so the vibe is a bit different. It’s more of a workspace where we get everything ready. The 380015 area is quite central, making it easier for us to move around when we have to go out. We don’t have any fancy office furniture or big reception areas. It’s just us, some tables, and the equipment we need for our catering work. Kalyan Tower is a standard building, and we are just one of the many businesses inside. We spend most of our time planning and preparing, so the place is usually buzzing with activity. We don’t really go in for fancy branding or big advertisements. Most people in Vastrapur find out about us because they saw us working at an event or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a very hands-on job and we don't have much time for corporate talk. We just focus on getting things done from our little corner in Kalyan Tower. It’s just how we do things here.
