Pizza Tune

Pizza Tune is found at units 19 and 20 in the Akshar Arcade. We are located right opposite the Memnagar Fire Station in the Navrangpura area of Ahmedabad. Being near a fire station means it’s a spot everyone knows and can find easily. The 380009 zip code is a busy part of the city with lots of energy. We have a bit more space since we have two units, but it’s still a very practical, hardworking environment for the team. My staff and I get here early to beat the Ahmedabad heat and start prepping the kitchen. We spend a lot of time on the basics like chopping and cleaning every single morning. There is no corporate manual here. We just figured out what works through trial and error over the years. The arcade gets a lot of visitors, so we try to keep things moving quickly so nobody is waiting too long. It can get loud with the traffic outside and the hum of the refrigerators inside. We aren't interested in sounding like a big chain. We are just a local shop in Mamnagar. We focus on our daily routine and making sure the inventory is right. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during a break when it’s not too hot. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we’ve stayed right here. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but we do it because it’s our job.
