Pizza Hut

We are located at H-2 in the Shivdhara Apartments, right on Thaltej Silaj Road here in Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty lively area and there is always something going on outside our front door. Inside, it usually smells like dough and tomato sauce. We have a small kitchen team that works hard to keep up with the orders, especially when the weekend rush hits. It gets hot near the ovens, and the delivery drivers are always coming and going on their bikes. We don't try to make it sound like some fancy dining experience. It is a pizza place. We make the food, put it in boxes, and get it to the people who are hungry. Sometimes we run out of a certain topping or the delivery is a bit late because of the traffic on the main road, but we do our best. The staff here is mostly local kids and a few older folks who have been around for years. We know the regulars who come in every Friday night for their usual order. It’s a simple setup with some tables and chairs, nothing too special to look at. We just focus on getting the pizzas cooked through and making sure the floor isn't too sticky. It’s a decent place to work and a decent place to grab a bite. We’ve been in this apartment complex for a while now and we feel like a part of the neighborhood.
