Our place is at W 4 in the Bhavna Flat building on Vasna Barag Road. We are right in Paldi, which is a pretty well-known part of Ahmedabad. If you know where the Narayan Nagar Bus Stop is, we are directly opposite that. It is actually quite convenient being near the bus stop because people are always coming and going. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we get our daily tasks done. We have been operating out of this flat for some time. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We handle whatever service requests come our way during the day. It’s mostly just us sitting here, answering the phone or talking to anyone who walks in through the door. We don't really do the big corporate thing here. It is more of a small-scale operation where we know the names of the people who live in the same building. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when it gets busy. Usually, we are around from Monday to Saturday. If the bus stop is crowded, you might miss our sign, but once you find Bhavna Flat, it is easy enough to get to us. We just focus on getting the job finished so everyone can go home on time. There isn't a lot of drama, just the usual work that keeps us occupied.
