Out in Mamsa, at Plot No. 41-B, is where we run Panchratna Food Products. We are located right across the road from Mahalaxmi Oxygen. It is a bit of a drive to get out here from the city, but we really like having the extra space for our operations. We process various food products and get them packaged up for sale. The facility is kept as clean as we can possibly make it, which is the most important thing in our line of work. We do not have a separate marketing office in the city; every part of the business happens right here on the plot. You can usually smell whatever we are processing that day as soon as you get near the building. We employ quite a few local people from the surrounding villages. It is a very straightforward operation. We get the raw ingredients in, process them according to our methods, and then pack them up for shipping out. There are no fancy gimmicks or complicated mission statements here. We just want to make sure the food is handled correctly and that it goes out to the customers on time. The machines need constant attention and maintenance, and we have a small, hardworking crew that takes care of all of that. It is a quiet life compared to the city, but it stays busy enough for us. We just focus on the day-to-day production. It is honest work and it keeps the community going.
