Operations

We operate out of Ghanshyam Flats right across from the RTO office at Subash Bridge. It’s a very busy part of Ahmedabad, especially with Ashram Road being right there and all the traffic coming off the bridge. Our office is on the O/5 level. It is not a big corporate building or anything like that, just a regular flat that we converted into a workspace so we could get things done. We spend most of our day here dealing with all the daily tasks. The noise from the traffic outside can be pretty loud during the afternoon, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Most people find us because they are already at the RTO for something else or they live in the flats. We have been in this same spot for a long time. It is a practical location because it's central and easy to get to from different parts of the city. There is usually a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and we try our best to stay organized, but it gets busy. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a reception desk or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you will see us on the phones or typing. The building is a bit old, but it works for what we need. We get a lot of sun in the evenings, so it stays warm.
