Our office is a small unit on the ground floor. We spend our days helping people plan their trips and booking tickets for them. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and talking on the phone. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business. People from Vejalpur often drop by to ask questions about bus routes or flights. The office has a few posters on the walls of places we’ve seen. It’s not a polished corporate space. We have some mismatched chairs for visitors. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once. We don’t use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what the prices are and what’s available. Working in Ahmedabad means we deal with a lot of heat, so the fan is always on. We keep our files in a metal cabinet that’s seen better days. It’s just a regular local business.
