We handle a lot of travel arrangements for people. It involves a lot of sitting at the computer and talking on the phone to sort out tickets and schedules. We don’t have a fancy front desk or a big sign outside. We just have our workspace where we get things done every day. The weather here in Gandhinagar gets very hot during the summer, so we appreciate the shade around the duplex. We are just a small team of real people. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk or marketing speak. We just tell it like it is. If a bus is late or a flight is canceled, we just work to fix it. That is the reality of the travel business.
