Nihar Industries

Nihar Industries is located at Plot No 89/20 and 85/3 in Phase-1. It’s a standard industrial setup with big metal gates and the sound of machines running in the background. We have two plots, so we are often running back and forth between them. The morning starts early here with the shift change. You can hear the hum of the equipment as soon as you step onto the street. Inside, it’s all about the production line. There is a lot of grease and metal around. We keep our tools on big racks, though they don’t always stay organized. The office is just a small partitioned area with a view of the floor. It’s noisy, so we have to shout a bit to be heard sometimes. We eat our lunch together in a small corner away from the machines. Phase-1 is a busy place, and there are always delivery vans trying to navigate the narrow roads. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception area. People who come here are usually looking for parts or checking on their orders. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or fixing a machine that decided to stop working. It’s a lot of hours on our feet, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the factory floor. It is what it is, just a lot of noise and work.
