9 Spices Multicuisine Restaurant

Our restaurant, 9 Spices Multicuisine, is located at Splendid Inn Hotels & Banquet over in Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad. Specifically, we are on that 1st Slope in Pritam Nagar. It’s right near V S Hospital, so the area is always full of people. We see a lot of families who are visiting the hospital or staying at the inn. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, and the traffic outside can be quite something during the rush hours. We have a lot of different things on the menu because people have different tastes, and we try to keep up with all of it. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to cook so many different dishes. We don’t have a corporate office or anything like that; we just work out of the hotel. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients and making sure the dining area looks okay for the next group of people. It’s a lot of hard work and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the shift. We’ve been in this Ellis Bridge spot for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit. It’s just a regular restaurant doing its thing in a busy city. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place running day after day. It's often very loud with the traffic outside, but we get used to it.
