Aagman Garden Restaurant

Aagman Garden Restaurant is over here near the High Court Bridge. If you are driving on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway, you will see the turn for Thaltej or Sola. We are tucked behind the bridge, which keeps us a little bit away from the main highway noise, but you can still hear the trucks sometimes. The garden part of the restaurant takes some work to look after because of the dust from the road. We are at 380055 in Ahmedabad. It is a pretty big space compared to some of the shops in the city. We spend a lot of time watering the plants and making sure the outdoor seating is ready for when it gets cooler in the evening. The bridge construction and traffic around here can be a bit of a mess sometimes, but people still find their way to us. It is just a regular place to sit outside for a bit. We don't have any polished corporate stuff to say. We just work here. The highway is always busy, so there is always something to look at. Sometimes the lights flicker a little when the power is acting up, but we just fix it and keep going. It is a lot of work running a garden spot in this heat. We are just here every day, doing the same things and keeping the place going. It is not always perfect, but we are here at the bridge.
