Aadhar Restaurant

I’m usually the one opening up Aadhar Restaurant in the morning. We are right on the top floor of Iscon Arcade on C G Road. It’s been here a while now. Most people know the building, so finding us isn't too hard once you get into the elevator. It’s a busy spot in 380009. We mostly just focus on getting the food right and making sure the tables are clean. The kitchen is busy from the start. I’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. We have regular customers who come in every week, and we know exactly what they want to eat before they even sit down. It’s not a fancy place, just a normal restaurant where you can get a meal. The staff here has been with us for a long time. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a bit loud, but that’s just how it goes on C G Road. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just make sure there is enough salt in the food and the water glasses are full. If you are walking around Iscon Arcade, you might see our sign. It’s just us doing what we do every day. Nothing more to it really. We close up late and then do it all over again the next day. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We are just a local place.
