Alinea Restaurant And Banquet

Alinea is located in the 3rd Eye 2 building. This is right on C G Road in the Panchwati area. If you are standing opposite Parimal Garden, you are looking right at us. It’s a nice part of Ahmedabad because of the greenery across the street. We have both a restaurant and a banquet area here. Most of our time is spent making sure the hall is ready for whoever booked it and that the restaurant is prepped for the next meal service. It gets pretty lively in the evenings when people are out for a walk in the garden and then decide to come over for something to eat. The building is easy enough to spot. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a place to eat or hold a small event. The staff here mostly lives around this area or takes the bus in. We deal with the usual daily stuff like fixing chairs or making sure the menus aren't torn. It’s practical work. Being on C G Road means there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we just stand by the window for a minute to watch the traffic go by. It’s a regular spot for the neighborhood. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe it. It is just Alinea, and we are here every day doing the same routines to keep the place open and ready for whoever walks in. It is just us, and we are happy to be part of the Panchwati community.
