Amardeep Restaurant

If you look for us in Paldi, you’ll find Amardeep Restaurant inside Anilkunj Centre. We have units 29 and 30, which are tucked away near Dhefali Centre on Paldi Cross Lane. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't from the area, but the locals know the way. Ahmedabad is always busy, but this little lane stays a bit quieter than the main roads. I usually start the day by pulling up the shutters and setting out the chairs. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the building has its quirks, like the occasional plumbing issue or a flicker in the hallway lights. I spend a lot of my time talking to the other shop owners in the centre. We all kind of look out for each other. Most of our customers are people working in the nearby offices who just want a quick bite without any fuss. I don't go in for fancy decor or complicated menus. It’s just straightforward food in a simple setting. Sometimes the cross lane gets blocked with delivery bikes, which can be a bit annoying, but we manage to sort it out. I think being a bit hidden away makes it feel more like a local secret. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here in 380007. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it's not the biggest priority right now.
