Nextzen Street Food Llp

We started this little street food thing over in Paldi, right on Narayannagar Road. It is mostly just us trying to make stuff people actually want to eat when they are out and about. The society here, Samast Brahmakshatriya, is pretty quiet usually, but we keep things moving at Plot 8/1. It is not a big fancy setup or anything. Most days it is just a lot of chopping and prepping because that is how it goes with street food. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area near Shantivan. It is a busy spot during the evenings. People stop by on their way home. Some stay and chat, others are in a rush. We do not have a big marketing team or a fancy website because we are mostly focused on the stove and the ingredients we get every morning. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or the deliveries are late, but we manage. It is just a local food business run by folks who live around here. We have been at this for a bit now and seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. There is always someone looking for a quick bite near the society gates. We just try to keep the food decent and the prices where they should be. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it is what we do. If you are walking down Narayannagar Road, you will probably see us there.
