New Tulsi Selection

If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in B/15/11 of the Devas Apartment complex. We are right near the Rajwadoo Hotel in Jivraj Park, which is a landmark most people in Ahmedabad know pretty well. New Tulsi Selection is a small place, really. We have piles of stock and different selections of things we’ve picked out over the months. It gets a bit crowded inside when we get a new shipment in, and we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit. Jivraj Park is a nice enough neighborhood, and being in an apartment building makes it feel more like a local community spot than a big store. We open up in the morning, dust the shelves, and wait for people to drop by. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just sit and talk, and other times it’s a bit of a scramble to find what someone is looking for. We don’t have those fancy displays you see in the malls. It’s just us and the items we have on hand. The lighting isn't always the best, but we know where everything is. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the neighbors coming and going. It is a simple business, nothing too complicated, just us trying to keep the selection fresh and the regulars happy.
