Navpad Tourism

You can find us at D 10 Deluxe, right near the Jalaram Mandir in Ellisbridge. It’s a well-known area in Ahmedabad. We’ve been running Navpad Tourism from this small office for a while. We mainly help people figure out their travel plans, whether it’s a bus ticket to a nearby town or a bigger trip. The office is tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the sign. Inside, we have maps on the walls and a few desks where we talk to customers. It’s not a big operation. Mostly, it’s just phone calls and booking systems all day long. Ellisbridge is a busy place, so there's always something happening outside. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the temple nearby. People stop by after their prayers to ask about tours. We try to keep it simple. We tell people what’s available and what the costs are without any fluff. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to ask customers to wait while we refresh the screen. It happens. We drink a lot of chai while we work. It keeps us going through the afternoon slump. We know the routes and the hotels pretty well because we’ve been doing this for years. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s nice to help someone plan a vacation. We just do our bit and go home. Every day brings different people with different travel questions.
