National Instruments / Arab & India Spices Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in the Chanakya Building, right behind Sales India on Ashram Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic on Ashram Road can be a nightmare during rush hour. We have two names on the door, National Instruments and Arab & India Spices Ltd. It sounds like a strange mix, and honestly, it is. We handle a bit of everything from here. One minute we might be talking about technical equipment, and the next we’re dealing with spice shipments coming in. It keeps the day interesting, though it can get a bit confusing for new people. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and technical manuals lying around. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from their desk. We’ve been in this building for a long time, so we know the security guards and the other tenants well. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather just focus on the work. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, but usually, we just talk through what needs to be done and then do it. We get people from all over coming in to talk business. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of coffee. We just try to keep both sides of the business running without too many hiccups. That's our daily routine.
