Narayani Resort

Our place is situated over in the Hansol area right near the Indira Bridge in Ahmedabad. The address is actually located inside the Abode Apartment complex which makes it a little bit different from most other resorts you might find. We have been managing the operations here for Sasank Sekhar Pal for a while and it definitely keeps our small team busy every day. Being so close to the bridge means there is a constant flow of traffic and noise all around us. We have several rooms that people book when they want to stay near the airport but don't want to be right in the middle of the noisy city center. It is a bit of a walk if you want to get to the main markets but it is manageable. We spend a lot of our time talking to the cleaning staff and making sure the guests have everything they need for their stay. Occasionally the lift in the apartment building stops working and we have to wait for the repairman to show up. The view from the rooms on the higher floors is actually quite nice especially when the sun starts to set over the Sabarmati river. We do not have a big fancy sign hanging outside so new guests sometimes have to call us to get specific directions to find the entrance. It is a very modest setup and we just try to make sure that everyone who stays with us gets a quiet night.
