Our division is tucked away in C-42, Rahim Colony, over in the Kasba area of Halol. It’s part of the Panchmahal district here in Gujarat. If you’ve ever driven through this part of the state, you know it’s quite industrial. We focus on the interiors and plastics side of things for the automotive sector. It’s a lot of factory work, really. The shop floor is usually noisy and there’s always something being moved around. It isn't a clean, quiet office environment by any means. We’ve got a lot of people from the local area working here. Some have been with us since we first set up in Halol. The roads around Rahim Colony can be a bit rough after the rains, which makes deliveries a challenge sometimes. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you show up, you’ll just see people in work clothes busy with the machines or checking the inventory. We just focus on making the parts that go into cars. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning until late at night sometimes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy building or shiny signs. We just want to make sure the plastics and interior bits are done right before they head out on the trucks. Being in Kasba means we are close to other plants, so there's always a lot of talk about the industry and production around the tea stalls.
