We are located at numbers 41 and 42 in Taiefnagar, which is right on Tandalja Road in Vadodara. Even though the name has Delhi in it, this is where we are actually set up. It’s a decent sized spot on a busy road. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front making sure the tables are ready. The area around Tandalja Road is always full of people, especially in the evenings when everyone is out looking for something to eat. We aren't part of some big faceless chain; we are just the folks running this particular location. The building is a bit older and we’ve had to fix a few things here and there, like the plumbing or the paint on the walls. It’s a lived-in space that feels like part of the neighborhood. We have a lot of regular customers who come by just to say hello or pick up a quick meal. We don't do much in terms of fancy marketing. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from their neighbors. It can get pretty hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but we keep going. We just want to serve the food and keep the place running. It’s a simple business, nothing more and nothing less. If you’re on Tandalja Road, you’ll see our sign near the other shops.
