Moti Mahal Restaurant, Vadodara.

Moti Mahal Restaurant has been a part of the Danteshwar area in Vadodara for quite some time. We are tucked away at A-3 Avanti Park, near the Pratapnagar post office. It’s a local spot where we focus on getting the food right and making sure the kitchen is running like it should. We aren't one of those high-end, silver-service places. We’re more of a neighborhood joint where you can get a decent meal without any fuss. The dining room has seen a lot of people over the years, and it’s got a bit of wear and tear, but that’s because it’s used. We spend most of our time in the back, prepping ingredients and dealing with the heat of the stoves. It gets loud and messy, especially during the dinner rush. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. Sometimes the orders get backed up or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. The staff here are like family; we've all worked together for a long time. Vadodara is a great city, and being in the 390004 area means we get a lot of locals who just want a break from cooking at home. We keep the menus simple and the prices where they need to be. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in our little corner of Avanti Park every day.
