Moksha Out Bond Call Canter(U.K.Process)

We are based out of Khagal Mohalla in Barmer. It’s quite a different setting for a call center compared to the big cities. Moksha Out Bond Call Canter is where we work on what we call the U.K. process. This means we are usually on the phones when it’s evening here because of the time difference. Our office is in a local neighborhood, not a big tech park. We have rows of headsets and computers, and it stays pretty cool inside despite the Rajasthan heat. We spend our shifts talking to people far away, trying to explain things or gather information. It can be tiring on the voice after a few hours. The team is mostly local folks from Barmer who have learned how to handle these calls. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are a smaller group just trying to do our jobs well. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around for it to come back, which is just part of life here. We take our breaks together and usually talk about things other than work. It’s a bit of a strange job when you think about it, talking to someone across the world from a small town like this. But it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and do the calls. The office is tucked away, so it's relatively quiet from outside noise most of the time.
