About Mini Bite Restaurant,Gujarat, India – Tourism in Ahmedabad
We started this small place on Parsi Street a while ago. It's just a little spot located inside the Shreeji Appartment building. People around Dwarka usually know where we are because we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. We aren't a fancy restaurant, just a place where you can grab some food without any fuss. Most of our customers are locals who live in the apartments nearby or people walking through the neighborhood. My brother and I handle most of the cooking and the serving ourselves. It gets pretty busy during the lunch hour, and the kitchen is small, so things can get a little hectic. We try to keep it clean and tidy, but it's a working kitchen. You might have to wait a few minutes if there are too many people, but that’s just how it is. We use whatever ingredients are fresh from the market that morning. It isn't anything special or gourmet, just honest food that tastes okay. Parsi Street is usually a nice and quiet area except for when school lets out. We have a few tables inside if you want to sit, but many people just take their food home. We’ve had the same regulars for years and we know most of them by name. We don't have a huge menu, just the things we are good at making. If you're walking by Shreeji Appartment, you will see our small sign.
