Mexifood Kitchen Llp

Our shed is in the Bapunagar Industrial Estate, which is a busy and loud part of Ahmedabad. It is not a glamorous location, but it works for what we do at Mexifood Kitchen. We have some large ovens and prep tables that take up most of the room in Shed N/2/1. Dealing with Mexican-style food in this area felt a bit strange at first, but people have gotten used to us. We spend most of our day chopping vegetables and preparing the dough. The floor is concrete and we have to wash it down constantly to keep things tidy. It is hard work and there is no air conditioning, so it gets quite warm during the day. We do not have a reception desk or a place for people to sit and wait. If you come by, you will just see us working in our aprons. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial estate, and we just have to sit and wait, which is frustrating but part of the life here. We are not a big chain from the city center. We are just a small group of people working in a shed. We buy our ingredients in bulk to keep the kitchen running. It is a lot of manual labor, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. We do everything ourselves, from the cooking to the packing, and we just try to keep up with the orders.
