Metro World Travels operates out of the Shree Krupa Gayatri Housing Society in Porbandar, Gujarat. We aren't in a big commercial plaza or a high-rise office. Our setup is right in the middle of a residential society, which makes the whole thing feel a lot more like a local neighborhood business. People in Porbandar come to us when they need to sort out their travel plans, whether it's for a trip across the country or just something local. We handle the tickets, the bookings, and all those little details that can be a headache if you try to do them alone. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of paper. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve heard about us from a friend or a neighbor in the society. Porbandar is a place where people know each other, so we try to keep things honest and simple. We spend our days checking schedules and making sure everything is in order for the next person who walks through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but that’s just part of the day. We’ve been at Shree Krupa for a long time now, and we’re happy to be part of the community here. It’s just a small team of us working every day to make travel a bit easier for everyone who stops by.
