Our office, Message Com And Travels, is located at 11/2 Shanterivan in the Warkhende area of Ponda, Goa. Ponda is a bit different from the beach side of Goa; it’s more inland and can get quite warm. We handle a mix of message stuff and travel bookings from this small spot. The address is 403401, and we have a few desks where we sit and figure out bus routes or flight tickets for people. It’s a plain room with some maps and calendars on the wall. We don't have any grand ideas about being the biggest agency; we just like helping folks get to where they need to go. Shanterivan is a quiet enough building most of the time. We spend our days answering the phone and checking the computer for travel updates. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. People stop by to ask about ticket prices or just to send a note to someone. It’s a small operation run by a few of us who live nearby. We don't use marketing tricks or flashy signs.
