Medusind

Our place is located out in Vatva, Gujarat. If you know the 382-440 area, you know it is more of an industrial and manufacturing hub than a fancy city center. Medusind has been operating here for a while, and the vibe is very much about getting work done. It’s not the kind of office where people wear suits every day; it’s more about being practical and staying productive. The air in Vatva can be a bit dusty because of all the trucks and factories nearby, but that is just part of the environment. We have a solid team that comes in every day to handle the technical side of things and the medical coding work. The commute can be a bit of a drag depending on where you are coming from in Ahmedabad, but once you are here, the office is a focused place to be. We don't have a lot of distractions around us, which is probably for the best. Most of our days are spent at our workstations, looking at screens and making sure the data is accurate. It’s steady work and we rely on each other to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people working hard in a busy industrial zone. There are plenty of local tea stalls nearby where we usually grab a quick break during the afternoon slump. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise but we don't mind.
