Medusind Solutions

Our office for Medusind Solutions is in Sachin Tower, which is near Shyamal Row House in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty well-known building, right besides Dhananjay Tower. We are up on the first floor at F-102. Most of what we do here involves computers and talking on the phone with people about medical billing and health records. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for the tapping of keyboards. We have a lot of rows of desks and people wearing headsets. The Satellite area is usually crowded with traffic, so most of us try to get in early to find a decent parking spot. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. It’s just a regular workplace where we sit down and get through the data we have for the day. Sometimes we have tea breaks together in the small pantry or go downstairs to get some snacks from the local stalls. It’s a bit of a routine, but the work is important for the doctors and hospitals we help out. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous company out there. We just focus on keeping the records straight and making sure the files are updated correctly. The office can get a bit stuffy when the air conditioning is acting up, but we just get on with it. It’s a decent enough place to work.
