Mcdonalds Family Resturant

Our place is located at 63-Madhav Tenaments on IOC Road in the Chankheda area of Ahmedabad. It’s a Mcdonalds Family Resturant, so as you can imagine, it gets pretty loud and lively around here. Especially on the weekends, we get a lot of families from the Madhav Tenaments and the surrounding neighborhoods coming in. It’s a lot of work keeping the kitchen moving and the floor clean when there are kids running around everywhere. Ahmedabad heat is no joke, so people really appreciate the air conditioning we have going in here. We aren't trying to be anything more than a place where you can get a quick meal. The staff is mostly local kids and a few of us who have been around for a long time. We have our routines, like cleaning the machines and stocking up the fries. Sometimes the fryers act up or we run out of toys for the happy meals, and then we have to deal with some unhappy customers. But mostly, it’s just about getting the orders out as fast as we can. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that on the wall. We just show up, put on the uniform, and get to work. It’s a busy life on IOC Road, but it keeps us on our toes and the day goes by fast. We’re just glad to have a steady spot in Chankheda where we can just focus on the daily grind.
