The area is always full of life, especially when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. Our shop is where we handle all the arrangements for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. It’s a serious responsibility, so we spend a lot of time double-checking visas and flight dates. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We have a few desks and some files stacked up. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to ask a quick question about travel dates or costs. We’ve been here in Astodia for a long time, so we know the local rhythm well. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic on the main road, but that's just part of being in the city. We try to keep things organized so that when a family comes in, we can give them the right information without any fuss. There is no corporate vibe here; it is just a local business where we know many of our visitors by name. Whether it is a long trip for prayer or just a quick visit to see family, we handle the paperwork as best as we can. It's steady work and we keep at it every day, making sure everyone gets their papers on time for their journey.
