You can find us on the second floor of the Krishna Kanaiya Complex, right at Madhupura Chowk. Being at Door No-2/3 means we have a view of the busy intersection below. Madhupuri Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is mostly run from this office space. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gets us away from the direct noise of the street. Inside, it’s mostly desks, some samples of our food products, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't a big corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of us just looks up when someone walks in. We spend the day calling suppliers and checking on the production units. The traffic at Madhupura Chowk can be a real headache, so we try to get our deliveries scheduled for the early hours. It gets quite warm in the office during the summer months despite the fans. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and a lot of notebooks where we track everything. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the food side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait, or work by the windows. We’ve been in this complex for several years now and it feels like home. It’s just a regular group of people working together to keep the business running. We keep a small stove in the corner to make our own tea because the stuff from the shop downstairs isn't very good. We just keep plugging away at the numbers.
