Maadhav Caterers is over at B-3 Manali Park in Bodakdev. We are tucked away behind the H P Petrol pump, near the Chitrakut Flats. It’s a quiet little corner compared to the main road. We’ve been handling food for parties and events around Bodakdev for quite some time. Our place is where we do all the prep and planning. You’ll usually see us loading up large containers and gas cylinders into our vehicles. The kitchen gets pretty frantic when a big order comes in. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s mostly just stainless steel tables and big burners. We focus on getting the taste right more than anything else. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the neighbors well. Most of our business comes from people who have eaten our food at someone else's house. We don't really do the whole social media thing. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. The area near the petrol pump is easy to find, so people usually don't have trouble dropping by to talk. We keep things pretty straightforward. It’s a lot of cleaning up after ourselves and making sure the supplies are fresh. We just work hard and try to do right by people who trust us with their events and family gatherings.
