Lush The Food Lounge Restaurant

Our restaurant is on the ground floor of City Square on University Road in Ahmedabad. We are near Jhanvi Restaurant and Kashiram Bhavan, so there are usually a lot of people walking around this area. Being on University Road, we see many students and people who work in the nearby offices. The space inside is set up with different tables and some booth seating. It is 380009 area, and the building is quite modern compared to some other spots. We spend our mornings checking the supplies and making sure the kitchen is ready for the lunch hour. It gets pretty busy around noon when the offices nearby take their breaks. We have some big windows that look out onto the street, so you can watch the traffic while you sit. We don't really do anything fancy with the service, just bring the food out when it is ready. The staff wears simple uniforms and we try to keep the noise down, though it gets loud when the room is full. Sometimes the air conditioning takes a while to cool the place down if it is really hot outside. We have been here at City Square for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. We just keep the lights on and make sure there is enough tea and coffee for everyone who stops by during the day. It's just a regular job for us.
