Low Cost Travels

We are situated in Sumel 3, over in the Raipur area. Specifically, we are at B 438, which is opposite the New Cloth Market. It is a very commercial area, so there are always trucks and people moving goods around. Low Cost Travels is basically exactly what the name suggests. We try to find ways for people to travel without spending more than they have to. Our office is up in the building, so it is a bit away from the street noise, which helps. We have a lot of posters on the walls from different airlines and tour operators. Most of our work involves looking for deals. We spend hours on the computer comparing prices because every rupee matters to our customers. It is not a glamorous job. We deal with a lot of cancellations and changes, which can be a headache. But we just deal with it as it comes. The New Cloth Market across the street is always busy, so we see a lot of traders who need to travel for business. We help them get their tickets sorted so they can focus on their own work. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that. We just learned by doing it over the years. It’s a practical business and we keep our overhead low so we can stay open for the long run. We just do the work and hope the internet stays connected.
