Lord Of Pizzas

We are located at Shop No. 24 in the Nalanda Complex. It’s right near Mansi Circle and opposite Karnavati Pagarkha in the Vastrapur area of Ahmedabad. The shop isn’t huge, but we make it work with the ovens and the prep tables we have. Most of our day is spent making dough and chopping up vegetables. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially during the dinner rush when all the ovens are going at once. We started this place because we wanted to have a steady business in this part of town. Vastrapur is always busy with students and families, so there’s always someone looking for a quick bite. We don’t have a lot of fancy seating or decorations. It’s mostly just a place where you get your food and eat it there or take it home. The staff is just a few local guys who know how to run the kitchen. We try to keep the ingredients fresh and the prices where people can afford them without thinking too much. Sometimes the deliveries get backed up when it rains, but that’s just how it goes in this city. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple operation. We show up, turn on the heat, and start cooking until we close up for the night. No big corporate story here, just a pizza shop on a busy corner where we try to keep up with the orders.
