You can find Lokhandwala Travels up in the Ellora Commercial Centre, specifically at unit 528. We are located on Salapas Road, which branches off from the main Relief Road. It’s quite near the GPO, so it’s easy to find if you know the landmark. We’ve been operating from this office for a good while. It’s a typical commercial building, so there are always people coming and going. Our space is filled with files and a couple of computers where we manage all the travel plans. We don't spend much on fancy decorations because we're mostly focused on getting the bookings right. People come to us for all sorts of travel needs, whether it's a bus ticket or a private car for a wedding. We know the local roads around Ahmedabad like the back of our hands. Salapas Road gets pretty busy during the day, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just try to be honest with people about timings and prices. There’s no secret formula to what we do. We just listen to what you need and then use our contacts to find a vehicle or a seat. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the drivers are on time. We've been through busy seasons and slow ones, but we’re always here at the desk. If the elevator is broken, it's a bit of a climb, but we're usually here until late.
