Lml School Lalji Mehrotra Lions School

Lml School, or the Lalji Mehrotra Lions School as some call it, is out near Ognaj Gam. We are situated off the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway, close to the Gota Cross Road and the Lions Eye Hospital. It’s an area that has changed a lot lately with all the new construction. Our school sits a bit away from the main highway noise, near Gota Gam. We’ve got a decent amount of space here. The building is solid and practical, designed for the hot weather we get in this part of Gujarat. We aren't a fancy boutique school. We are more of a local institution where we focus on getting the kids through their lessons. The staff often talks about how much the neighborhood has grown around us. We spend a lot of our time managing the buses and making sure the students from Ognaj and Gota get here on time. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don't always see. We don't have a marketing department writing big slogans. We just have teachers and administrators who live nearby and care about the work. The hallways are loud during breaks and the playground gets dusty, but that’s just how it is. We keep things simple and focus on the daily tasks. If you’re driving down the highway near the eye hospital, you’ll find us tucked back there, just doing our thing every day.
