The address says Barrackpore, and that’s exactly where you will find us on Harisabha Road. We are located at number 50A, right near the K.G. School. It gets quite loud in the afternoons when the kids are finally out for the day, which honestly adds a bit of life to the street. Being here in West Bengal, specifically in the 24 Parganas area, the weather is often a bit damp or very hot, so we spend a lot of time adjusting the fans. Our building in Anandapuri is easy to spot once you get close. It is a bit funny because our name mentions Ahmedabad, but we are definitely settled right here. We aren't some huge corporate team with suits and ties. Most of us just wear what is comfortable and focus on the daily chores that keep the place running. The street outside is usually full of people walking to the local market or taking rickshaws to the station. We have some neighbors who have been here as long as we have. We keep the place tidy, but it is an old-fashioned kind of clean. There is no fancy marketing team here writing this, just someone sitting at a desk looking out at the rain or the dust on the road. We do our work, talk to the people who walk in, and wait for the weekend like everyone else. It is a plain and simple way of running things.
