Kuoni Travel (India) Pvt. Ltd

We have been here at Sagar Apartments in Ahmedabad for a while now. Running a travel place like Kuoni India involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls, especially when people want to go somewhere far away. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, looking at flights and hotels on the computer screen. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with brochures and old travel magazines, but that is just how it goes when things are busy. People come by B-1/16 to figure out their trips, and we try to get the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport or a hotel that does not have their name. It isn’t always easy with time zones and all that stuff. Gujarat is a good place to be based, though the traffic near the apartments can be a bit much in the mornings. We just keep at it, day after day. Most of the time, we are just talking to folks about where they want to go and what they can actually afford. We do not have fancy decorations or anything. It is just a regular office where we handle bookings. If the phones are ringing, we are working. We have seen a lot of changes in how people travel since we started. Some days are slow, while others we cannot even find time for lunch. That is just part of the job. We stay focused on the tasks at hand. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always on.
